Yes! We have a list of organizations you can choose from that can benefit from your volunteer hours.

We will do everything we can to accommodate your position preference, however, we may need to place folks in other roles as needed to best serve our guests during the event.

Start times are usually sent out two weeks prior to the event. End times depend on weather and the action on the track. Plan on a full day commitment.

White t-shirt or polo, tan or black pants or shorts. Pant color and length depends on what department you are assigned to.

Volunteers must be at least 14 years old for grandstand cleaning, 16 years old for parking and 18 years old for all other departments.

Yes, you may, as long as the cooler is soft-sided and no larger than 14”x14”x14” in dimension. No glass is permitted inside the gates.

A map with directions for parking will be sent out prior to the event. The volunteers who are helping with parking should take their vehicle to the Parking Office when checking in. They will be permitted to take their car to the parking lot where they are volunteering.

Due to liability issues, you may not bring anyone underage.

Upon arrival, your group will check in with the manger for the department you are assigned to.

While at the speedway, you are here to volunteer to staff the speedway and see that our race fans’ expectations are exceeded. When you are on break, you may see some of the race, but you may not sit in the grandstands, as all seats are sold.
